is the center streamer
• Full Color side streamers NO DIE CHARGES! 300 rosette minimum
Additional Charges:
• Waving Flag 9" side streamers add .40 each rosette
• $3.00 print color change charge if more than one print color on a hot stamped order
• 3 streamer printing - add $40.00 plus .60 per rosette

• Less than 25 rosettes per style, print, or streamer length, incurs a $20.00 set-up charge
